Who we are

Bear Organisation is run by Bear Ideas Ltd (company no. 17555713), 175 Oxford Gardens, London W10 6NE. We're the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: bearideasltd@gmail.com.

What we collect, and why

• When you order: your name, email, delivery address and phone number (if given). We use these to make and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
• Payment: card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Records: we keep order and payment records for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting law. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked us to.

Who we share it with

• Stripe: payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Vercel: hosts this website. Its servers log basic technical data such as IP addresses for security.
• [Carrier]: your name and address, to deliver your order.

Cookies

This website doesn't set any cookies and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts are hosted on our own server. Stripe's checkout page sets cookies it needs to process payments safely and prevent fraud.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email bearideasltd@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
